Tour Conditions
Bookings are non-transferable. Cancellation fees apply. Japan and Scuba is not responsible for any compensation due to illness or injury. Please ensure you are covered by appropriate insurance.
Liability and Insurance
Japan and Scuba assumes no liability for incidents occurring before, during, or after the tour. Participants must obtain valid travel and diving insurance.
Overseas Payments
Handled by Square. Exchange rates will be based on Square's rates.
Cancellation Policy
Tours may be canceled by the provider due to natural conditions (such as severe weather, ocean conditions, or safety concerns) or other unforeseen operational issues beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations or schedule changes due to personal reasons (including missed trains, illness, or other individual circumstances) are subject to the fees outlined below.

Cancellation Fees:
More than 7 days prior: ¥5,000 fee
7 days–48 hours prior: 30%
Until 11 a.m. the day before: 50%
Same-day or no-show: 100%

Rescheduling:
7 days–48 hours prior: ¥10,000
No rescheduling within 48 hours of the tour.

Rescheduling a tours is subject to availability and requires prior approval.
No rescheduling will be allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
